PPAP Coordinator

Your tasks

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams for quality standards and compliance.
• Analyze and validate product and process capabilities using metrology and statistical tools.
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints with a focus on timely, effective resolution and preventive measures.
• Lead and support corrective and preventive action efforts, including 8D problem-solving.
• Maintain compliance with TS 16949 and company quality systems.
• Drive improvements to quality processes aligned with new product launches and evolving customer expectations.
• Prepare, review, and submit accurate PPAP documentation in accordance with industry and customer requirements.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and program management initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Must-have requirements:

• High school diploma with 5–10 years of experience in an injection molding environment OR a degree in Quality or a related field (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
• ASQ Certification (CQT or CQE) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of metrology, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
