As a Business Expert, you introduce Apple technology, services, and solutions to business customers. Whether meeting first-time buyers or long-time clients on the sales floor, you discover their needs and offer tailored solutions.
You generate leads and build customer relationships—whether in person, on the phone, or during in-store events and workshops. Working with the Business Team, you help prepare and present proposals for more complex solutions and communicate Apple’s full suite of support options. By engaging customers to imagine the possibilities of Apple technology, you contribute to their growth and the success of your team.
At Apple, your base pay is one part of your total compensation and is determined within a range based on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
