Job Overview

Are you passionate about identifying and connecting with top talent across the globe? We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to manage our full recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience throughout.

Your Tasks

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: resource planning, job postings, channel selection, screening, interviews, and decision support
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates; help build a strong talent pipeline
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with Solactive’s needs
• Promote Solactive as an attractive employer to potential candidates
• Support HR and cross-functional projects as required
• Collaborate closely with the Solactive HR team

Your Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
• Familiarity with modern sourcing methods, tools, and recruiting best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, and well-organized with strong relationship-building ability
• Reliable, confident, and comfortable working independently in a collaborative team culture
• Intercultural competence and global mindset
