Octolens is an AI-powered social listening tool for B2B SaaS companies. We help businesses track critical mentions of their brand, competitors, and key industry terms to grow and stay informed. While the social listening space has been stagnant for the past decade, AI now presents the opportunity to completely disrupt it with smart software that can reason and take action.

Last year we went “from 0 to 1.” We now serve hundreds of passionate customers including Vercel, Prisma, Posthog, Metabase, and Tally. We’ve grown 20%+ month over month—all with a team of just two.

Now we’re entering the next exciting phase: Scaling profitably to $1M ARR in the next 12 months, becoming the no-brainer social listening tool for any B2B SaaS company, and staying lean and revenue-funded while doing it.

Tasks

• Take the product to the next level and help scale Octolens to $1M ARR
• Own the end-to-end development and delivery of the product
• Drive innovation to keep disrupting the social listening market
• Be ready to wear many hats in a small but ambitious team

Requirements

• Proven experience building SaaS products end-to-end (e.g., indie hacker or startup builder)
• Strong interest in and knowledge of the latest AI developments
• Hands-on builder who moves fast and learns by doing
• Strong product sense and a user-first mindset
• Bonus: Experience with Next.js, Inngest, or TinyBird
