Tasks

Your daily responsibilities:

1. Primary Data Capabilities

• Enable and set up tools for data collection (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Clarity, etc.).
• Conduct qualitative data analysis on clients’ shops.
• Evaluate data and create reports highlighting optimization opportunities.

2. Reporting Capabilities

• Create client-specific dashboards in Google Data Studio and connect all relevant data sources.
• Set up custom Google Analytics reports, testing segments, and GTM tags/events for evaluation.

3. Support Capabilities for Optimizer

• Translate data insights into hypotheses and testing strategies tailored to each client.

Requirements

Come as you are – here’s what we’re looking for:

• No degree required – experience, curiosity, and motivation matter most.
• Experience: 4+ years in data analysis, ideally within eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Mindset: Reliable, analytical, structured, with a team-player attitude and an affinity for eCommerce.
• Knowledge: Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar. Familiarity with store tech like Magento, Shopware, WordPress, and Shopify is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent English required.
