Tasks

What your daily life will look like – your tasks:

• Develop A/B split-test variants for landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), and other key pages across Shopify and custom tech stacks.
• Collaborate with CRO Strategists and Designers to bring test hypotheses to life quickly and accurately.
• Write clean, modular, reusable code (mostly HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Support in building and maintaining custom Shopify apps (occasional but important).
• Debug, QA, and deploy tests and features using tools like Optimizely, Convert, Kameleoon, Varify, VWO, or similar.

Requirements

Come as you are – what we’re looking for:

• No degree required – we care more about experience and drive than grades.
• 2+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer, ideally with A/B testing tools.
• Mindset: Problem-solver with a can-do attitude who cares about writing clean code and understanding the “why” behind decisions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy environment.
• Knowledge: Advanced skills in JavaScript, HTML & CSS.
• Familiarity with React, GraphQL, TypeScript, Git.
• Bonus: DevOps experience.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Shopify Liquid syntax, theme components, functions, extensions, and app development.
• Languages: Fluent English required. German or Ukrainian is a plus but not required.
