Sr. Manager B2C Sales

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of one of Samsung’s top carrier accounts
  • Develop strategic relationships and drive revenue growth through sales initiatives
  • Serve as the primary contact between the account team and Samsung’s field sales team
  • Create and execute incentives, promotions, and training programs to boost sales
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches with cross-functional collaboration
  • Use analytics tools to drive decision-making and report performance to leadership
  • Ensure delivery of solutions that meet carrier needs and expectations
  • Resolve client escalations and provide operational support, including drafting term sheets and managing invoicing
  • Deliver market insights and performance updates to senior management

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, or customer management
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills across customer and internal teams
  • Expertise in the consumer journey within carrier environments
  • Excellent negotiation and strategic planning skills
  • Proficient in interpreting technical documents, contracts, and business strategy
  • Strong presentation skills, including written and verbal communication with high-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $155,000 – $185,000 + Bonus
Compensation is based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
