About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with a data-driven and pragmatic mindset to join our Product Management team, specifically in the Salesforce domain. You will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Operations teams to optimize contract management processes in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maximize business outcomes in the contract management domain
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to “build the right things right”
• Ensure strategic alignment and translate strategy into clear, prioritized tactics
• Identify and prioritize opportunities through data analysis and user research
• Validate hypotheses and measure success with defined outcomes
• Create initiatives with use cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate across teams to ensure contract processes support operational success

Your Profile

• Data-driven and goal-oriented: Strong decision-making based on metrics
• Problem-solving mindset: Break down and validate complex challenges
• Strong prioritization skills to align with business impact and strategy
• Strategic thinker: Able to connect domains and define clear goals
• Business acumen: Experience building business cases and measuring ROI
• Change management experience in tech or platform-focused environments
• Excellent communication with ability to tailor for different audiences
• Technical or platform Product Manager experience
• Salesforce knowledge or familiarity with contract management systems
• Experience in internal tools development is a plus
• Fluent in English; German/French is a plus
