Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate weekly reporting on pipeline, customer adoption, and account status
  • Provide strategic engagement to help customers solve industry-specific procurement challenges
  • Advise on best practices to accelerate spend adoption using Amazon Business solutions
  • Automate customer service needs by collaborating with Product and Technical teams
  • Relay customer and market insights to internal teams including Product and Category Management

About the Team

The Amazon Business for Education team is focused on delivering customized solutions to the K–12 education sector. We combine the selection, value, and convenience of Amazon with features tailored to educators, school districts, and administrators. We’re seeking individuals with deep consultative sales experience and a track record of exceeding revenue targets within this space.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience, including new business development
  • Proven experience in full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and negotiation to closing
  • Track record of successfully positioning and selling solutions to new and existing customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 senior leadership
  • Experience selling to procurement and/or supply chain professionals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and other business tools
  • Experience leading customer-facing communications, demos, and trainings
  • Success in building and scaling a book of enterprise strategic customer accounts
