Total Rewards Lead


About the Role

As the Total Rewards Lead, you will drive the development and execution of total rewards initiatives, ensuring they align with HelloFresh’s organizational goals.
You will oversee compensation and benefits programs, including executive compensation, salary structures, incentive programs, and equity plans.

This role involves hands-on management of rewards administration, recognition programs, and vendor relationships, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
You’ll also collaborate with HR leadership to enhance total rewards communication and training across the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure total rewards programs comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide hands-on support with job evaluations, salary structures, and incentive programs.
  • Analyze market trends to ensure HelloFresh remains competitive in compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts with external partners.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and IT to design and execute total rewards programs.
  • Develop and deliver training and communication on total rewards programs for employees, managers, and leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or HR, with a focus on benefits, incentives, and equity programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven ability to build and manage total rewards programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency in compensation and benefits software, data analysis, and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to employees and executives.
  • Experience in agile ways of working and advanced project management skills.
  • Leadership ability to foster a positive work culture and mentor team members.
