Product Manager Marketplace


About the Role

As a Product Manager – Marketplace, you will own and optimise the buyer journey, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience from discovery to purchase.
Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, conversion rates, and business growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the buyer experience strategy, ensuring a smooth journey from discovery to purchase.
  • Identify pain points and implement solutions to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.
  • Work with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to develop buyer-focused features.
  • Track key performance metrics and use data insights to drive improvements.
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate information about bikes is presented in the marketplace.
  • Act as the voice of our buyers, gathering feedback and prioritizing enhancements.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and conversion optimization.
  • Highly analytical, with a track record of using data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Design).
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communicator with strong English proficiency.
  • Passionate about creating a seamless and enjoyable buying experience that builds trust.
  • Experience using AI tools for prototyping, documentation, and data analytics.
  • Bonus: Experience in the cycling industry (not required but a plus!).
